Go to the agreement page here and fill out the form.
3.
Get your boat license here.
4.
Email us your license to teamwashup@gmail.com. Please attach the number of life jackets and sizes needed. Everyone on the boat is required to have a life jacket.
Please note
If we do not receive your boating license and your signed contract within 24 hours of your inquiry, your rental and payment will be cancelled. When the boat is delivered to you, you will need to sign an insurance waiver as well.
